An immersion into the essence of the highest Yogas & Tantras

Experience the essence of an ancient lineage in the heart of Portugal

At the serene forest retreat Quinta da Libélula, this 14-day program offers a rare opportunity to study outside India — guided by the founders of AryaMarga Yoga.

Here, the essence of the five-month Anubhava Yoga Course (1100 hours) is distilled into a deeply experiential format: a synthesis of the four main Yogic paths in their most integrated form.

the path beyond seeking

Anuttara Yoga Tantra

Anuttara means “the Ultimate” — that which lies beyond all questions and answers.
This lineage evolved between the 8th and 10th centuries CE in the regions of present-day Kashmir, Bengal, Assam, and Orissa — a culmination of the most refined Yogas and Tantras into one complete, awakened system.

Transform understanding into direct experience

The Anuttara Yoga Tantra system is for sincere practitioners who wish to move beyond theory into realization.
It offers the most direct and potent methods for experiencing the truths of Yoga — not as ideas, but as living awareness.

Integrate wisdom into daily life

Through precise practice and guided self-inquiry, the teachings of Anuttara Yoga Tantra begin to permeate daily life.
Practitioners learn to transform their mind, energy, and actions consciously — with compassion, clarity, and innate wisdom.
This is not a retreat apart from life; it is a training in how to live Yoga fully.
