Terms & Conditions

General Information

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the booking and participation in retreats and services provided by Quinta da Libelula Center, operated by Quinta da Libelula Center, Unipessoal LDA, NIPC/NIF 518192415, registered at Instituto dos Registos e do Notariado, with registered office at Quinta da Libelula, Vale da Carvalha, 3300-222 Cepos, Portugal.

By booking or attending any retreat, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings & Payments

  • Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified during the booking process.
  • Prices are stated in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise noted.
  • Payment methods: [list accepted methods].

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will receive a partial refund.
  • Cancellations made later, or non-attendance, will not be refunded.
  • The center reserves the right to cancel retreats in case of unforeseen circumstances. In this case, participants will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to another available date.

Liability & Health Disclaimer

  • Participation in retreats, activities, and services is entirely at your own risk.
  • The retreat center is located in a natural environment, where exposure to wildlife, uneven terrain, and other outdoor risks may occur.
  • By attending, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in activities of your choice.
  • Quinta Libelula Center and its staff are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or other health issues incurred during your stay or participation.
  • We recommend obtaining appropriate travel and health insurance before attending.

House Rules

  • Guests are expected to respect the property, environment, staff, and fellow participants.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are permitted only in accordance with Portuguese law and designated areas.
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
